AEM (Advanced Engine Management) is proud to release its Workhorse HD intakes for diesel applications with a massive DRYFLOW filter element! AEM Workhorse HD intakes are available for popular late model Cummins, Duramax and PowerStroke Diesel engines. We engineer our Workhorse intakes to deliver maximum flow, filtration and durability for heavy duty applications and they even outperform the company's BRUTE FORCE intakes for these vehicles in both dust holding capacity and filter flow.

AEM's reusable DRYFLOW air filter for its Diesel applications is engineered to allow for longer service life and higher efficiency for maximum performance in between servicing (more DRYFLOW key features are below). Compared to the standard 9" Brute Force Dryflow Filter, the Workhorse Dryflow filter features over twice the surface area of filter media and utilizes deep, bull-nosed pleats to improve dust holding capacity and increase intervals between cleanings. The DRYFLOW does not use oil to trap dirt, which eliminates any chance of overoiling the filter element, takes the guesswork out of servicing your filter and dramatically reduces filter cleaning time.

AEM manufactures its intakes from mandrel-bent, lightweight aircraft aluminum with high-strength dogbone brackets and dual rubber soft mounts for maximum durability, and includes a "bullet-proof" heat shield with a powdercoated black finish, a complete hardware kit and comprehensive photo installation instructions. Workhorse HD intakes are available with a silver powdercoat or mirror-polished finish.

Why pay for a new filter every 15k miles when you can buy this re-usable filter and have a lifetime of use with regular cleanings. This filter has Pro-Guard 7 technology which has 5 layers of progressively finer mesh medical grade cotton gauze with micro fibers that attract smaller and smaller particles as air passes through is combined with 2 layers of random-porosity non-woven synthetic polyester fabric. Pro-GUARD 7 has been tested to surpass 99.5% fine dust filtration efficiency while delivering high airflow. With Pro-GUARD 7 filter media's great dust holding capacity, typical service interval is 50,000 miles in normal driving conditions and 25,000 miles in severe dust environments.

Cold Air Intake Enclosed System

The RFI is an advanced airflow induction built to increase the engine�s ability to breath. By replacing the restrictive stock induction, RFI increases horsepower, torque, fuel efficiency, and decreases exhaust gas temperatures.

By removing the stock air box, replacing it with a metal heat shield, and using a conical air filter you can maximize the air filter cleaning area and allow the engine to breathe easier and produce more horsepower. All RFI inductions use a lifetime reusable 4� layer cotton gauze filter. This design, combined with deep pleats, make these filters ideal for high performance use.

Intake systems are designed to seal tightly against cold air sources from within the engine bay, keeping hot air out of the system which ensures an improvement in performance and efficiency.

These intakes also works very well in conjunction with performance computer modules. The modules will increase the amount of fuel going into the motor and will therefore increase the need for more air. The installation of this system is very easy and requires only very basic hand tools. Installation can generally be done in 20 minutes or less.
