Installation
of Bully Dog TORQUE DOG module Read disclaimer before
installation
- Locate the the 2 plugs visible in FIG 1
- Unplug the plug closest to the front of the vehicle
hooked to the fuel sensor. FIG. 1
- Plug-in the connector from the TORQUE DOG module that
looks identical to the one you unplugged from the fuel
sensor.
- Plug into the TORQUE DOG moduel wiring harness the
connector that you unplugged from the fuel sensor.
- Unplug the Map Sensor plug. FIG. 1
- Plug-in, from the TORQUE DOG module into the Map Sensor,
the plug that looks identical to the Map sensor plug.
- Plug into the TORQUE DOG module wiring harness the
connector you unplugged from the Map Sensor.
- On the drivers side of the engine bay, find a suitable
place to velcro the TORQUE DOG module, usually on the fuse
box top.
- Run the wire with the switch through the firewall and
mount the switch conveniently on your dash.

Locate the groove on the switch. The toggle pointed toward the
groove is 0, the center position is 50, and opposite the
groove is 90hp.
NOTICE: It is necessary to
remove the Torque Dog Module before taking your vehicle to the
dealer for service. If your dealer reflashes your vehicles
computer with the module on, it will be erased and there will
be a $50.00 fee to reprogram it. NOTE: Make sure
chip is in stock setting before starting vehicle for the first
time.
